In remodeling this classic 80's structure, we encountered the classic 2x2 white tile in all the bathrooms, kitchen floor (shown in seperate galleries) to ceiling mirrors and old, smelly carpets. We also found numerous structural errors, omissions and code corrections. We wanted to maximize the natural light and create a space that was both modern and yet something that wouldn't become outdated too fast. Removing several walls and opening up the stairs was the major part of this.

Re-working the stair achieved a whole new feeling of space in the great room.
